Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (effective date: January 1, 2024) govern your use of RedminePlus services provided by Integrity Software Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This agreement applies to all users of our cloud-hosted Redmine platform, plugins, and related services.

By accessing or using RedminePlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

  • Service means the RedminePlus cloud platform, including hosted Redmine instances, plugins, documentation, and support services.
  • User means any individual or entity accessing RedminePlus, including account holders and team members.
  • Account means the subscription and instance created when you register with RedminePlus.
  • Data means all content, information, and materials uploaded to or processed through your account.
  • Free Plan means the complimentary service tier with specified usage limits and features.

Service Description

RedminePlus provides cloud-hosted Redmine instances with the following core features:

  • Hosted Redmine project management platform
  • Automatic backups and disaster recovery
  • Security updates and system maintenance
  • Plugin ecosystem and integrations
  • Email and documentation support

The exact features available depend on your subscription plan. Free plans include limited project and user capacity. Premium plans include enhanced support, custom plugins, and higher usage limits.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Not use an account registered to another person without permission
  • Comply with all applicable laws when using the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable use policy.

Pricing and Payment

Free Plans: We offer free plans with specified usage limits at no cost. Free plans may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with 30 days' notice.

Paid Plans: Pricing for paid plans is displayed on our website and is charged monthly or annually as selected. Payment must be received in full before service activation. Late payment may result in service suspension.

Billing: We bill automatically using the payment method on file. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges. Billing errors should be reported within 30 days of the charge.

Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after initial use.

Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

Data Storage: All data is stored in the EU on secure, encrypted servers with automatic daily backups. You retain ownership of all data you upload to your account.

Data Processing: We process data only as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Data Deletion: Upon account termination, your data is securely deleted within 30 days. You may request data export before deletion.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: All RedminePlus software, documentation, and plugins are owned by or licensed to Integrity Software Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit our content without written permission.

Your Content: You retain all rights to data and content you create in your Redmine instance. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your content only as necessary to provide the service.

Third-Party Software: RedminePlus includes open-source software licensed under various terms. See our open-source licenses page for details.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDMINEPLUS AND INTEGRITY SOFTWARE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service
  • Service interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control
  • Actions or inactions of third parties

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Termination by Us: We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay charges, or engage in illegal activity. We will provide 30 days' notice except in cases of severe misconduct.

Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. Your data will be available for export for 30 days before secure deletion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
